To issue the bank guarantee and the insurance for the entry of foreigners into Italy, the following documents are necessary and mandatory:

• Bank guarantee for entry into Italy - validity 180 days
• Health insurance for entry into Italy - fixed dates and non-modifiable or validity 180 days

The bank guarantee is used to guarantee the economic capacity of the subject inviting the foreign guest to Italy.

We do not block or tie up any money in your current account.

The health insurance serves to guarantee medical assistance and care to your guest as they lack coverage from the Italian health service.

The bank guarantee for a tourist visa:

• costs € 100.00 for a tourist invitation lasting up to 90 days but with a validity of 6 months
• covers the amount of € 3905.00 exactly as required by law
• is valid for 180 days from the day you indicate as the entry into Italy for your guest
• is issued within 24 hours of receiving the documentation we require (you will receive a detailed email with everything you need to send us)
• is sent to you via email as it is digitally signed by the Financial Institution
• also covers multiple entries, meaning it can be used for multiple entries within the 6-month validity period

The medical insurance for a tourist invitation:

• costs € 50.00 for a tourist visa with a stay of up to 30 days
• costs € 85.50 for a tourist visa with a stay of up to 60 days
• costs € 126.00 for a tourist visa with a stay of up to 90 days
• covers medical expenses for sudden illness or injury in Italy and the Schengen area up to € 30000.00, with 24-hour operational assistance and medical repatriation, as required by law
• must be taken out before the invited guest's entry into Italy

The bank guarantee and health insurance for foreign entry are original documents digitally signed: you will receive them immediately via email and you will only need to verify the correctness of the data entered, taking care to send them by email to the invited person, along with other documents required by the Embassy (such as flight ticket reservation, invitation letter, etc. Only for these latter documents, we recommend checking if the Embassy or Consulate requires original submission).
Among the attachments on this site, we have selected and pre-filled a standard invitation letter (accommodation declaration), accepted by most Embassies.
However, some Embassies have prepared their own invitation letter, so we recommend checking their website to see if they have provided a different accommodation declaration.
